About your teacher: Since 2009, Nicholas Grundy has successfully mentored Galway photo walks students towards producing wonderful images. His photographs appear in publications such as National Geographic Traveller, Cara Magazine from Aer Lingus, Canada’s WestJet in-flight mag, and many more. He is a photography ambassador for Razer Camera Phones and was recently hired to photograph a month-long expedition deep into the Ecuadorian Amazon biodiversity hot-spot. Nicholas’ fine art prints have been exhibited at art galleries in Melbourne and Berlin, and they appear in the collections of the University of Melbourne and in various private homes and institutions across Australia, Europe, and the United States.
As a public speaker he has given talks at TEDx Galway, the University of Melbourne, NUI – Galway, and many camera clubs around Ireland.
